• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5-10 Business Days

• Canada: 7-15 Business Days

• United Kingdom: 7-15 Business Days

• Australia: 7-15 Business Days

• Other International Destinations: 10-20 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We may also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
